Eyes > Latisse ™ Eyelash Enhancer
Latisse ™ is the first FDA-approved medication that stimulates eyelash follicles in the resting phase to transition into a growth phase and then keeps them there. Results take about a month to become noticeable.
The solution, applied with an eyeliner brush through the lashes, must be used continuously to maintain the effect (because eyelashes grow and then fall out).
A prescription is required. Allergies, skin discoloration, and iris darkening are potential risks.

Other non-prescription (but surprisingly expensive) over-the-counter brands that claim to cause eyelash growth and thickening do exist. The most heavily marketed are the eyelash "conditioners" Jan Marini Eyelash Intervention and RevitaLash, but neither has the power of Latisse and are clearly inferior.
Best of all, eyelash extensions and those crazy eyelash implants may soon be a thing of the past.
