Is There Such a Thing as "Pro-Aging"?

Of course, nothing will stop time from passing, so we all grasp at whatever straws of hope are held out to us. What if a handful of anti-aging pills swallowed twice daily might actually slow down the natural process, mitigate its visible effects, and help keep our brains sharp and alert?

Then again, even the experts in this quasi-scientific field can't seem to agree. Theories abound while valid studies don't.

So could it be that today's anti-aging treatments are no more than a matter of wishful thinking fueled by marketing hype and visions of immortality.

Nobody truly knows. Maybe you're wasting a small fortune on nothing or, worse yet, harming yourself by starving or taking in chemicals your body was not designed to handle.
